CANCELLATION POLICY/ TOUSLED GUARANTEE
CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel or move your appointment we ask that you give us a 24 hour cancellation notice of your scheduled appointment. A credit card is required prior to reserving all appointments. Fifty-percent (50%) of what your service for any cancellation and if the 24 hour cancellation of your service is not honored. This also applies to Online Bookings.
ONLINE BOOKING CANCELLATIONS FEE: There is a $30 credit card processing fee for pre-paid e-commerce refunds regardless of when you cancel.
RESERVATIONS: A credit card is required prior to reserving all appointments. If you do not wish to submit a credit card number to pre-book your reservation, please feel free to call or walk-in the same day of your needed service and based upon stylist availability we will do our best to accommodate you.
LATE ARRIVALS: If for any reason you are running late for your appointment, please call us at 201.309.1200 immediately so that we can adjust/modify our schedules and notify the guest(s) that may be scheduled after you of their appointment-time adjustments.
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE: Please present it to the owner before check-out, we do not issue refunds on a service that was performed but we will look for a way to make you happy.
THE TOUSLED GUARANTEE
We want everyone to be happy with their service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your outcome. Please let you stylist know the same date of service or as soon as possible. We modify hair cuts, color or styling within one (1) week of the service at no additional charge. Any modifications made after a week from the date of service renders a minor fee of products used or time needed to make the modification.
