I understand that this 50% deposit (including the online credit card processing fee of $8.00) is non-refundable for cash. I understand that I also have the option to pay for this deposit in-person to avoid the online credit card processing fee. I have received a thorough consultation explaining the amount of time, technique(s) and product(s) to be performed during my service. If I choose to cancel my appointment, I understand that I must give two (2) days or 48 hours notice of my cancellation.  If I do not give a cancellation notice or I am a no-show or no-call on the date of my appointment, my full deposit is applied to my missed appointment as a cancellation fee. 

If I change my mind, and choose not to receive the service selected, I understand that my deposit by default becomes a gift card that must be used one (1) year from the date of this agreement towards either services, products or gift cards.

If I am choosing to do a Payment Plan, I understand that these payments must be used towards my service (before my appointment date) I must use whatever I have deposited within a year of my first deposit.
